Serviceable Locations

We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. If your delivery location is in a remote or non-serviceable area, our team will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

Shipping Policy – WoodStyler.in

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India to most PIN codes. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact our support team at support@woodstyler.in.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping is free on all orders above ₹80,000.
  • A flat shipping fee at ₹3999 applies to orders below ₹10,000. Unless otherwise mentioned while placing the order.
  • For custom or bulk orders, shipping costs may vary based on size and destination. Our team will provide detailed shipping information during the order process.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Ready-to-ship items: Delivered within 7–10 business days.
  • Made-to-order or customized furniture: Delivery can take 3–5 weeks, depending on design complexity and location.
  • We will notify you with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and courier details. You can also log in to your WoodStyler account to check order status.

5. Delivery Process

  • Our delivery partners will contact you prior to delivery to ensure availability.
  • Please ensure your entryways, staircases, and access points can accommodate large furniture pieces.
  • We offer free doorstep delivery. Installation, if applicable, will be handled by our team or authorized partners.

6. Delays and Exceptions

  • While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen factors like weather, transport strikes, or supply chain issues. We’ll keep you informed in such cases.
  • For remote or hard-to-reach locations, delivery timelines may be slightly extended.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

  • In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos and a brief description via email at support@woodstyler.in or WhatsApp us at 9436018052.
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.

8. Insurance Cover

  • Customer may opt in for an insurance cover during transportation of high value items. These rates will be covered and informed at the time of shipment.
  • All rates applicable must be cleared before the shipments commence.
  • The company will not bear responsibility for any transport damages or loss during the process of shipment.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding globally in the near future.

Delays & Notifications

While we aim for timely delivery, factors such as weather, strikes, or high-demand periods may cause slight delays. In such cases, we’ll keep you informed via email or phone.

Delivery & Assembly

  • All large furniture items are delivered via trusted logistics partners and include free doorstep delivery.
  • Assembly services are available in select cities. If applicable, a professional carpenter will visit within 48 hours of delivery.
